Artistic research PhD studies at the Estonian Academy of Arts, the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre, and the Baltic Film, Media and Arts School of Tallinn University enable doctoral students to undertake ambitious artistic research projects in an environment that supports their development through a structured doctoral programme, collaborative learning, individual supervision, and international exchange. The programmes also provide opportunities to engage with the artistic research areas already established at each university.
